Today was a beautiful day to walk. I can’t believe the weather I have come across this entire journey. Today was in the mid 90’s. I made it to Kingston, TN, 13 miles today.
I stopped at Me Me’s Cafe and had breakfast. I met Missy and Donna. They are very sweet and thoughtful women. The food is excellent. I had eggs, bacon and a tenderloin. They took care of my breakfast. So awesome.
The roadway was so nice. Shoulders were wide and safe. A large portion of the walk there was road construction and gave me a whole lane to use.
I passed over Clinch River several times. It is a large body of water. Very nice scenery.
Tomorrow I am off to Lenoir City.
